Larger practices can afford staff whose sole focus is Revenue Cycle Management. Unfortunately, most small clinics do not have resources available to support this type of position. Since 2005 MRM has been focused on filling this role for our clients.

Andy Hight

Prior to joining MRM in 2005, Andy spent thirteen years with the Fastenal Company. During his tenure he spent eight years as a District Manager. His last district included fourteen sites and fifty employees in a five state area. While in this position he oversaw all aspects of opening eight new facilities. Additionally he was responsible for returning six failing facilities to profitability.

In addition to his role with MRM, Andy recently served as the Administrator of East Tennessee Ambulatory Surgery Center. In this role he oversaw the operation of a 4 operating room/2 procedure room facility that serviced over 35 physicians.

His experience includes process analysis, contract negotiation, accounts receivable, recruiting, marketing, purchasing, cost analysis, and inventory management.

Andy received his undergraduate degrees in psychology and behavioral science from Tennessee Wesleyan College and holds an MBA from King College. He is also a certified professional coder and a member of the Medical Group Management Association.
