Credentialing

This is the first critical step of a successful reimbursement program. Unfortunately, the credentialing process is often lost in the shuffle of establishing or managing your practice.

MRM’s credentialing service will insure that your provider numbers are obtained in a timely manner. Additionally we make it our responsibility to insure that you are notified in advance of licensing renewal and recertification deadlines. Allow our credentialing service to insure you have the appropriate provider numbers in place when you submit your first claim.

MRM uses IntelliApp from the IntelliSoft Group to electronically manage the credentialing process.

A separate database containing all pertinent information is maintained for each provider. Applications are electronically mapped and electronically completed for quick submission. Submitted applications are then tracked through the payer’s credentialing process.

CAQH is also maintained via the IntelliSoft system.
