Janice E. Hight

Janice possesses over thirty years of experience in the healthcare industry, including eighteen years in physician practice management.

Prior to launching MRM she served as Regional Vice President for Kelson Corporation’s Tennessee division in Nashville. Joining Kelson, she was part of the team that developed PediaNet, a Middle Tennessee network of primary care pediatric practices where she served as Vice President of Operations.

In her previous role as the Regional Director for Columbia/HCA’s East Tennessee Physician Practice Management Group, she directed practice acquisition and subsequent management of close to forty primary care practices in the region.  Her responsibilities included installation and operations of practice management systems as well as strategic growth of physician networks.  In addition, she managed Columbia’s centralized billing operations and marketed billing services to area groups.

Janice, who also oversaw Kelson’s regional billing and collecting operations in Tennessee, brings additional expertise in the design and construction of medical office facilities, financial and operational analysis, profitable management of capitation risk pools, and physician recruiting.

Janice is a member of the Medical Group Management Association.
