Application Hosting

MRM has invested in the infrastructure to provide hosting of your practice management and/or electronic medical records solution. This service provides you access to the latest technology without the large capital investment and maintenance required to maintain an onsite server.

Our servers are secure, redundant, and provide access to your information 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Each database is backed up daily to two offsite storage facility located in seperate states. Comnunication between client and server is encrypted and secure. MRM has partnered with IT Decisions to locally maintain and monitor our data center. ITD also available to provide IT support for our clients.

We offer both Aprima’s Patient Relationship Manager and Allscripts’ Tiger on a subscription basis.

In addition to hosting, MRM has the ability to provide training for your staff either at our facility, your practice, or via the internet. We also provide onsite support during transition.
