Her experience includes healthcare accounting, inventory, development of policies and procedures, including Quality Improvement Measures, training, contract negotiations, coding, supervision of accounts receivable, customer service, medical records and computer operations.
Donna graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Tennessee State University in 2004 with a BS in Accounting.
She is also a Certified Professional Coder and a member of the AAPC.
