This process can take up to 9 months if not handled correctly. Our service will streamline and facilitate this process for you and your practice. Additionally we make it our responsibility to insure that you are notified in advance of licensing renewal and recertification deadlines. Frequently the credentialing process is lost in the shuffle of establishing or managing your practice. Allow our credentialing service to insure you have the appropriate provider numbers in place when you submit your first claim.
MRM uses IntelliApp from the IntelliSoft Group to electronically manage the credentialing process.
A separate database containing all pertinent information is maintained for each provider. Applications are electronically mapped and electronically completed for quick submission. Submitted applications are then tracked through the payer's credentialing process.
CAQH is also maintained via the IntelliSoft system.
